Dealing with a return or exchange

EXCHANGES & PRICE MATCHING
We don’t offer exchanges or price-matching, but we do have a 30-days return policy that you can follow for the items in your order. Please, visit us to submit a new order for your new items.
Keep in mind
in order to be approved for a return, items have to be in perfect condition with their original product tags in place. Underwear must be unwashed, unworn, unopened in its original packaging and otherwise in its original condition.
